A number of factors contribute to a company’s overall success. At Datto, we believe our Partners are among the largest contributors and deserve recognition for their outstanding achievements and dedication. In an effort to thank and encourage many of the unsung heroes behind Datto’s continued growth, we’ve developed a fun and unique awards program.
The Datto Partner Rockstar Awards aim to inspire continued business growth, increased revenue, and recognize the progress many Datto Partners make throughout the year. Five quarterly awards and seven yearly awards will be presented based on a combination of metrics and superlatives. We feel it’s important for Partners to evaluate their own progress and gain insight on how other businesses are maturing by utilizing Datto to increase their profitability.
Each quarter, there will be three metric driven awards and two superlative awards that require a written submission by DOWNLOADING THIS FORM and sent to partnerawards@dattobackup.com. Details of each award follows:

Revenue Rockstar
This Partner had the most total sales, in US dollars, in a given quarter.
Fastest Growing Partner
This Partner achieved the largest percent of overall growth in a given quarter. The company must have a minimum of five appliances on the first day of the calendar quarter to be eligible for this award.
New Rockstar on the Block
This Partner has sold the most appliances overall in their first three months as a Datto Partner. To be qualified for this award, the company must have become a Partner the previous calendar quarter.
Superlative Awards
Superior Service
How did you go above and beyond the call of duty and save the day for a client? Did you save a particular client money and/or from suffering costly downtime? This Partner must show the best example of how their company provided superior service to a customer by utilizing Datto technology and/or support. Only written submissions USING THIS FORM, sent to partnerawards@dattobackup.com will be accepted.
Business Continuity Champion
Are you particularly proud of a deal you closed this past quarter? How did you persuade a reluctant prospect to change backup solutions or to put one in place? How did you convey the value of the solution? This Partner knows how to sell the value of Datto and is willing to share best practices. Only written submissions USING THIS FORM, sent to partnerawards@dattobackup.com will be accepted.
Yearly Awards:
Partner of the Year
This Partner earned our top-seller award for the most total sales, in US dollars, in 2013.
Fastest Growing Partner
This Partner had the largest percent growth, in US dollars, from 2012 to 2013.
Distributor of the Year
This award goes to the top-performing Distributor in 2013.
Datto Academy Valedictorian
This Partner has had the most employees complete training activities (ie. basic and advanced training) throughout the year and has demonstrated superior technical knowledge of Datto’s solution.
Datto Ambassadors (three Partners will receive this award)
These Partners are not shy about their dedication to Datto. This award goes to Datto’s top three Partner advocates and evangelists. The ambassadors serve as an extension of Datto’s team and support company efforts. Their outstanding commitment to Datto has not gone unnoticed and is very much appreciated.
Contest Details
Winners of the quarterly awards will be presented with a framed certificate and a Rockstar logo to put on their company website. Yearly award winners will be rewarded with a custom plaque and a Rockstar logo to put on their company website. Each Partner that wins a quarterly award will also receive 250 bonus Partner Points added to their company’s total. Yearly award winners will receive 500 bonus Partner Points to their company’s total.
Datto Partners will be automatically entered for the metric awards. Datto will pull data from our internal systems to determine the winners in each metric category. Written submissions are required to be entered for the superlative awards, which will be reviewed and judged by Datto’s management staff. Note: there may be only one submission per superlative category, per calendar quarter.
All written submissions must be USING THIS FORM and be must sent to partnerawards@dattobackup.com to be included in the review process. Please make sure to include the name of the superlative award that you are submitting for in the subject line of the email, as well as your complete contact information in the body of the email. Submissions can be sent in at any time during the quarter, but will not be accepted after the deadline dates below.

Q4: Friday, January 10, 2014; winners announced January 23
