Datto Academy Basic Online Training is a web-based basic training course that covers general information and best practices for supporting and implementing Datto solutions. Training is broken up into multiple interactive modules that detail device setup and configuration, virtualization, data & application restoration, and basic Tier 1 support issues.
Technicians that complete the online training will have the knowledge and ability to implement and support Datto devices at a basic level, empowering Partners to solve the most common technical support issues. Online training is available at no cost to registered Datto Partners.

The Datto Knowledge Base provides an extensive, searchable technical resource repository for its Partners. This database of updated content is assessable 24/7 providing technical information on devices, process and other information that ensure backups up running at their optimal performance.
